Your UID cannot be recovered

Because we never ask for an email address, a password or any other identifying detail, we have no way to verify that an account belongs to you. If you lose your UID it is gone permanently, along with any remaining licence time and AI credits on it, and support cannot restore it or transfer it to a new one. Save it somewhere safe the moment you receive it. This is the trade for an account that is not tied to your identity.

7Credits & Purchases

Credit System:

  • Purchase credits using your UID
  • Credits tied to UID only
  • No expiration on credits
  • Non-transferable between UIDs

  • Processed by secure third-party providers
  • We only store UID and credit balance
  • No payment information retained

8Refund Policy

3-Day Money-Back Guarantee:

  • Refunds available within 3 days of purchase for eligible payment methods
  • Basic purchase verification may be required
  • Contact support with UID and transaction ID
  • Refund processed through the original payment method where applicable

After 3 days:

  • Case-by-case review for technical issues
  • No refunds for change of mind
