9Cryptocurrency Payments
Payments made in cryptocurrency are generally final and not eligible for refund because blockchain transactions are irreversible.
Please ensure that you send the correct cryptocurrency on the correct network and for the exact requested amount.
- We do not provide refunds for cryptocurrency payments except at our sole discretion or where required by applicable law
- Any approved exception may be issued as store credit, replacement service, or another refund method determined by us
- Network fees, blockchain fees, and exchange-rate differences are non-refundable
- Payments sent using the wrong token, wrong network, incorrect amount, or to an expired payment invoice may not be recoverable and may not be eligible for refund
